Enchanted Holiday Home provides premium holiday décor and design services for private residences, luxury properties, and exclusive venues.
All services are subject to availability and may vary based on project scope, timing, and location.
We reserve the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.
2. Client Responsibilities
To ensure a seamless and successful installation, clients are responsible for:

Providing accurate and complete information when booking services or filling out an application form.

Ensuring access to the property at the scheduled time of service.

Informing us of any restrictions, HOA regulations, or building access requirements that may affect installation or removal.

Making timely payments according to agreed-upon invoices or contracts.
Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in delays, additional fees, or cancellation of service.
3. Quotes, Deposits & Payments

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.

A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking or custom design.

Final payment is typically due upon project completion unless otherwise stated in your service agreement.

Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, ACH, or other approved options listed on your invoice.
Late or failed payments may result in service suspension or additional fees.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that plans may change. To accommodate all clients fairly:

Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to your scheduled installation date to avoid forfeiture of your deposit.

Rescheduling requests will be honored based on availability.

Weather or safety-related delays will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, illness, supply shortages), Enchanted Holiday Home reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel services at our discretion.
5. Property Access & Liability
Clients are responsible for ensuring that their property is safe and accessible for installation and removal.
Enchanted Holiday Home is not liable for:

Pre-existing damage to property or décor.

Items moved or adjusted during setup.

Damages caused by environmental factors (e.g., weather, pests, or power issues).
Our team will always exercise the highest level of professionalism and care when handling your property.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Enchanted Holiday Home, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our services.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
Your continued use of our website or services after any updates indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Governing Law
